Quality building & renovations in Melbourne

Highly recommend Bobby and the team!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Bobby from Bozan Building Solutions. I needed some repairs done, and while other builders were making me wait until next year, Bobby went out of his way to fit me into his schedule much sooner than anyone else.

He completed all the repair work to a very high standard and even took the stress out of the next steps by completely organising the painting for me. Bobby was incredibly helpful, professional, and reliable throughout the entire process. If you want a builder who genuinely cares about their clients and delivers top-quality work, look no further!

Bozan Building Solutions did an awesome job for me, displayed professionalism and care throughout the job. Highly recommended!

We bought our first home this year and it was a complete fixer upper. Unfortunately neither me nor my husband had any clue how to even start with the renovation process. Our first meeting with Bobby was completely by chance when a kitchen designer told us we were working backwards and needed a builder first! Bobby arrived that day after the designer called him and was polite, professional and freely gave advice. This attitude was a constant throughout our whole experience with Bobby as he held our hand through a tricky renovation process and a tight budget.

If there’s one thing I can highlight from our time together it’s excellent communication. We have never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a response and he would always keep us in the loop about the timeline and the availability of the different trades.

The trades Bobby used were also professional and did an excellent job, but he also works with anyone you choose as well.

For our first renovation, we couldn’t be more impressed with how smoothly everything went. I’m an anxious person by nature and every worry I had Bobby was quick to respond and had an answer for it. We can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. We love our new kitchen and living area and we’re so grateful for the chance encounter all those months ago.

I hired Bobby for my kitchen and bathroom renovation, and he was fantastic from start to finish. His attention to detail was outstanding, and he made the entire process smooth and stress free. I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend him!

During my first consultation with Bobby, I discussed the job and my budget. He worked within my budget to design a brand new bathroom for me. He was also the only builder who spoke honestly and knowledgeably about today’s building standards, which I confirmed through my own research.

I recently had my bathroom renovated, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Bobby was professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire project. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. The process was smooth, and communication was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Bobby to anyone looking for top quality workmanship.

Bobby was a big part of our office renovation fit-out. His knowledge and expertise are truly invaluable. From start to finish, Bobby provided exceptional guidance, ensuring that every detail was meticulously planned and executed. His attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving skills helped make the entire process seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and we are grateful for Bobby’s contributions to making our office space both functional and stylish. Highly recommend!

I came across Bobby through a recommendation, and despite being based in Geelong, he was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to bring my project to life, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend his work!

Bobby was really helpful. He was quick to respond, is priced great and his work was exceptional. Will definitely use him again for our next project. Thanks again Bobby and team.

I’ve had Bobby recently install 2 sets of privacy door handles at my new home. He was very prompt with his communication and efficient in the way he completed the job. A top bloke too! Would definitely recommend him.

Very reliable, completed job within time stated. Excellent workmanship. Will use again.
