Bobby Bozan is a registered Domestic Builder (Unlimited) with the Victorian Building Authority (DB-U 100107) and brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience, with a background in carpentry. He manages every job directly, so you deal with the same person from your first conversation to the day you move back into your finished space.
Bobby coordinates a group of trusted trades he works with regularly, and he is also happy to work with trades you have chosen yourself. Either way, you get one point of contact, clear answers and a builder who is accountable for the result.

A good extension should feel as though it was always part of the house. We pay close attention to how the new space meets the existing structure, rooflines, floor levels and finishes, so the join is neat and the whole home flows.
Extensions and structural work generally need a building permit. We’ll advise what your project requires and coordinate the approvals as part of the job, and we can work from plans prepared by your own architect or building designer.

Many homeowners stay in the house while the work goes on around them. That takes careful planning, and we treat it as part of the job rather than an afterthought.

Do I need a building permit for a home renovation or extension?
Home extensions and structural work, such as removing a load-bearing wall, generally need a building permit. Some internal renovations may not, depending on what is involved. We’ll advise what your project needs and coordinate the required approvals as part of the job.
Can you work with my architect or designer?
Yes. If you already have plans from an architect, building designer or draftsperson, we’re happy to build from them and work alongside your designer. If you are starting from scratch, we can talk through the scope with you and help you work out the next steps.
Can we stay in the house during the renovation?
In many cases, yes, depending on the scope of work and which parts of the house are affected. We plan the work around your household where we can and keep the site clean and safe each day. If part of the build would make staying at home impractical, we’ll tell you early so you can plan ahead.
